Print and Finishing Specialist (ID: 11109)

In her face-to-face interview at Kings, this lady was described by our Kings Consultant as well presented, ‘energetic’ and ‘keen to learn’. In addition to a strong background in Customer Service our candidate has two and a half years’ of experience within the print and copy shop industry, operating Wide Format Printers including HP Designjets. During this time she acquired a practical knowledge of various finishing techniques including binding, laminating and cutting. She also has a good understanding of Fiery software.

Office Team Leader   (ID: 11470)

With over 25 years’ experience within legal document production, this gentleman equally holds a breadth of knowledge across print, post and facilities. Described as ‘communicative and pleasant’ to talk to as well as ‘very technically astute’ in his agency interview, our candidate was recently made redundant from his previous role within an international law firm, where he produced E-bibles, operated Canon and Duplo kit and was responsible for appraisals, bids and tenders as well as office moves and changes.

General Facilities Assistant    (ID: 11465)

This lady is looking for a new challenge having recently been made redundant from her position at a London law firm. She has a secure work history having spent 10+ years in her previous role, where she was responsible for all aspects of stationery requests including speaking directly with suppliers, booking couriers, organising travel, preparing court bundles, monitoring billback as well as operating photocopiers. She also has knowledge of print finishing techniques such as velo, spiral and comb binding.

Print Services Manager   (ID: 11453)

At his Kings interview, this gentleman came across as charming, open and honest. He has spent 20+ years’ with his previous firm, starting as Office Junior and progressing through to Print/Office Services Manager. A very skilled gentleman, our candidate is also highly technical having regularly dealt with E-bibles, OCR applications, Docbuster, Billback, Adobe and e-copy in his previous role. His responsibilities included managing a team of 10 across reprographics, scanning, general office (stationery) and dispatch.

Facilities Assistant    (ID: 11471)

In his face-to-face interview at Kings, our candidate came across as an energetic and proactive gentleman with a willing and flexible approach to work. With 20+ years’ experience within his previous firm, our candidate’s experience covers general office, print and facilities. His duties included post, couriers, stationery, filing, print finishing, archives, scanning and maintenance. He was also responsible for frequently checking meeting rooms and kitchens were maintained and providing short-term cover for Reception.
