Reprographics and Facilities Assistant   (ID: 11436)
Due to a company restructure, our candidate was offered redundancy in April this year, but is keen to return to permanent employment as soon as possible. During the 20+ years he spent at his previous role within a legal environment, our candidate was responsible for copying and binding a range of printed materials in bulk, using photocopiers, scanning and finishing equipment. His duties also included monitoring the facilities helpdesk to ensure couriers, reprographics and other requests were dealt with on time as well as in-putting client charges onto the billback billing system.

Project Manager   (ID: 11564)
At interview this candidate presented as an erudite gentleman with excellent communication skills. He has a wealth of knowledge within Business Operations and Facilities Management.  He is currently tying up loose ends on a project making him immediately available. In his previous role, our candidate’s duties included coordination and management of all external contractors ensuring service delivery of multiple projects and refurbishment. He also had full responsibility for budget, providing regular reports to management on expenditure.

Document Services Operative   (ID: 11337)
This gentleman has recently re-joined Kings after being made redundant from his previous role within a legal environment. Whilst working for his last firm, our candidate was busy dealing with all aspects of reprographics including colour and B&W printing, hard-copying and document finishing as well as hands-on maintenance duties. He was responsible for ensuring appropriate stocks of materials and supplies were maintained as well as monitoring records of photocopying/resources used. His software knowledge includes; Acrobat, Fiery, Digipath, Photoshop, Illustrator and Quark Express.

Post & Archives Assistant   (ID: 11289)
With 15+ years of experience within a hands-on print production environment, this lady is highly skilled operating popular kit such as Xerox, Ricoh and Canon. Her technical knowledge also includes Adobe Pro, RIP software and an understanding of InDesign as well as various finishing techniques, including perfect binding, ebibling and saddle stitch. Furthermore in her face-to-face interview, our Kings Consultant described her as a ‘very presentable, corporate and trustworthy’ individual. 

Mailroom and Facilities Supervisor   (ID: 11556)
Described as ‘very personable and communicative’ in his face-to-face interview, this candidate has 16 years of continuous work history as a Facilities Assistant within corporate firms. His skills and experience cover all aspects of facilities, including; post, couriers, scanning, stationary management, MFD fleet care, front of house duties and archiving. In his previous role he was responsible for dealing with external contractors and was the designated Fire Warden. He was recently made redundant and is immediately available for similar opportunities.
