Facilities Manager  (ID: 11943)

This individual is a highly experienced Facilities Manager with over 20 years’ experience in a financial setting. Here, his role encompassed a wide range of facilities management responsibilities including tenancy agreements, insurance claims, contractor management and budgetary control, broken down into 11 key areas including capex, M&E and business rates.

He has sound knowledge of legal framework of contracts, office moves, refurbs and dilapidations, Health and Safety and Risk Assessments, contractor management as well as a sound knowledge of MS office for report writing and procedure manuals.
