Senior Administrator    (ID: 12039)
 
This individual is immediately available having just been made redundant from an IT/sales company where she was employed for 10 years as an Administrator. Prior to this she was a Purchasing Manager within a telecoms company and before this worked within the retail environment.

Her talents include excellent customer care skills where she consistently puts the customer first in any transaction/communication; this skill coming through her formal 2 year Retail Management Training Programme. At interview, she demonstrated her ability to develop and maintain a loyal customer base. Her skills include MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Sage 50 Accounts.

She has worked with a number of bespoke back office tracker systems with particular attention to due diligence of information, records and accounting processes. She is an outstanding organiser with a methodical approach to working practices and clearly these traits have proved successful in her career.

On discussing her employment history she speaks enthusiastically of working closely with the MD of an IT company involved in UK and International product lines. She handled distribution, pricing and volume discounting, implemented stock control systems and reorganised a storage facility for optimum space and workflow planning. She is an excellent organiser. Ideally this lady would like an Admin/Accounts post in either East London or the City.

Relationship/Account Manager/Customer Care Exec     (ID: 12056)

Her work history includes over 10 years with an International Finance organisation where she supported high profile private clients handling multiple financial transactions ensuring legal compliance at every stage as required by the Financial Conduct Authority. She worked in multiple currencies supporting investment decisions and building client trust.

First and foremost, she is an excellent communicator. Additional skills include managing teams; she has exceptional people skills and through her coaching techniques is able to get the very best out of her colleagues. She was written and implemented development training programmes including those within complex areas such as regulatory compliance where attention to detail is paramount.

Her personal love is sailing and she has completed the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race as the Chief of Staff, managing 59 crew members on board. A role within relationship or account management would suit this lady very well. 

Facilities Manager    (ID: 12045)

This gentleman is a highly skilled Facilities Manager and is available immediately for interview.

He has a solid work history at a Facilities Management Company where he was responsible for applying effective systems and best practices to enhance productivity to a portfolio of blue chip sites across London. He oversaw the development of office staff, contractors, Front of House teams, Post Rooms and other soft service providers. Building strong customer relations has been central to his success in the role.

Our candidate has experience performing Risk and COSHH Assessments, devising safe systems of work and ensuring compliance throughout every site. He performed multi-site building inspections to maintain hard and soft service assets and identified remedial actions immediately.

He has an extensive range of qualifications which includes NEBOSH, IOSH, Prince2 Practitioner, Certified DSE Assessor and First Aid at Work. Furthermore he is a certified Microsoft Office Specialist and experienced using Oracle, Sage, Clik, FileMaker Pro, ServiceLife, Orchid, DSV12, SAP and SL4.

He is actively searching for his next opportunity and would ideally like a Facilities Manager role where he can build on his wealth of experience.

Operations Manager     (ID: 12049)

Our candidate is an experienced Operations Manager with a strong analytical background building internal technology teams that align performance objectives with operating goals.

In his current position, he is responsible for managing a team of 14 covering mail, couriers and the loading bay whilst ensuring that incoming deliveries are with the recipient within the agreed SLA. As a manager, he frequently deals with HR related issues such as, 6 monthly appraisals, disciplinary procedures, interviews and training.

He has adopted and nurtured a high service culture, building excellent customer relationships throughout his post. He prides himself on his commitment to his own personal professional development and that of his team.

Prior to this role, he spent 6 years working for an International Investment Banking company as an Analytics Manager. Here, he managed report generation and implemented technical data improvements, such as, dealing with environmental costings of the moves and changes of the office. He was chiefly responsible for contributing to the Government’s Carbon Reduction Commitment initiative.

This gentleman has a broad range of skills which include performance analysis, strategic planning and process implementation, SLA and staff management. He has strong communication skills, both written and verbal, which allows him to effectively motivate and manage his team. His excellent IT skills, in particular advanced Excel, allow him to implement robust and timely reporting procedures.

He would ideally like a new role where he can grow and progress further in his career.
